Comedy vs Cancer is Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center’s official comedy benefit, founded by cancer survivors and comedian Nick Kroll. Each year, the event brings together world-class comedians for an unforgettable night of humor and hope.

Comedy vs. Cancer returned to Jazz at Lincoln Center on April 16, 2026 for a sold-out evening hosted by Nick Kroll that raised more than $2.5 million for blood cancer research at MSK.

The night honored Erin Junkin, Founding Chair of the MSK Entertainment Advisor Council.

After her husband Jerome’s treatment for blood cancer at MSK, Erin turned gratitude into action and helped strengthen the connection between the entertainment industry and MSK.
